So as we were saying new house, new puppy and cream carpets. Following the rainy weather, we tried to clean out carpets by hand. Failing this we were on route to rent a carpet cleaner from our local shop. Easy right? Think again. The call center closed, and the website refused to accept 4 different credit cards. So we purchased our own commercial carpet cleaner and let our family and close friends use it, who were over the moon with his performance.
